I'm also heading out around april may time.. first timer looking for cheap accomodation and work.
Not sure how to go about it?
Do I book a one way to ticket and hope for the best.. or book into a hotel for a couple of days??

id say book a cheap hol for a week or 2 so uve got hotel and everything. will be alot easier and u wont feel too stressed. there will be plenty of time for u to find a job and accom during that time. its like a 'just in case' . thats wat i did anyway last year. ul be fine!
